After sanding the damage out, the next step in the wheel refinishing process is to thoroughly clean the wheel to insure proper paint adhesion. When you see failing or peeling paint on wheels, often times it is because this step in the rim repair was not done properly. The next step in the wheel refinishing process is to prime & paint. We are able to achieve a perfect color match on our rim repairs because we carry a variety of PPG paints in our trailers. In the event that we do not have the proper color, our supplier is located in Peoria, and will bring out what is needed to Morton or other surrounding areas.  Once primed and painted the next step in the wheel repair process is to spray with a clear-coat to bring back he original durable finish that will last for years to come!
